Recently my wife and I attempted to sell our 8 year old SaddleBrooke Preserve home ourselves, at the request of the buyers.
We have done this before (never at SaddleBrooke) and with the help of a title company, we did it. Things have changed since then. There's a lot of Fraud in the system and the safegaurds in place make it a daunting task.
We contacted Karen Kelly, our agent in the past, for help. Karen has previously sold us 4 homes (we built two new ones) and sold four of our previous homes. We currently own two. karen along with Long Realty agreed to help us.
The thing about Karen is that she is extremely involved in your sale or purchase. She is very experienced and has so many contacts... especially in the finance part. When any issue comes up, she's on it! her follow through is impeccable!
Many times the timing has not been the best but she always manages to sell our home... beating the market and making an excellent sale in a short time. With her many contacts, she's also helped our kids in Alaska and Seattle sell and buy their homes.

ABOUT KAREN
Karen’s professional background includes over thirty years experience in marketing, contract negotiation, sales, and customer service experience in the computer and software industry. Also, Karen has served as a supervisor in the Civil & Criminal Divisions of the Los Angeles Municipal Court – giving her a keen insight for navigating legal contracts.
Karen’s work in real estate began in Washington State— in King & Snohomish Counties— near Seattle. Karen worked with the with Windermere Real Estate team for fourteen years. In 2005, she moved to Arizona and put her experience to work selling real estate here in the northwest area of Tucson. Karen loves this area and thinks it is one of the fastest growing areas around Tucson because of its majestic mountains, rolling desert hills, blue skies, daily sunshine, and stars in the night sky. Karen cannot imagine a better place to live and work and to share her love of the community she serves.
